Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative II to support domestic order processing and deliver high-quality customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage moderately complex inquiries, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Process domestic customer orders with a high level of accuracy
- Provide customer support via email and phone
- Cross-verify orders to ensure quality control and accuracy
- Handle routine to moderately complex customer inquiries
- Process order modifications, returns, and credits
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of orders in ERP systems (IQMS preferred)
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment
- Mentor Customer Service Representative I team members on processes and systems
What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of customer service experience, preferably in order processing or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring or training team members is a plus

Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $20.69-23.69 an hour and will be determined based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
