Quantimetrix Corporation (“Quantimetrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and will make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and secure user experience. This Privacy Policy will give you information about Quantimetrix’s data collection practices and usage policies as it relates to the information you provide on our website, www.quantimetrix.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, or by providing any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) to us via the Site, or otherwise, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please note that your use of the Site and its services is also subject to our Terms, which may be accessed from our homepage, as it may be revised or updated from time to time. We reserve the right to change or update the Privacy Policy at any time, and will notify users of the Site by posting such changed or updated Privacy Policy on this page. I. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY QUANTIMETRIX OR ON QUANTIMETRIX’S BEHALF
We collect both Personal Information and non-personal information. Personal Information is information that can be used to specifically identify you as an individual. You may view or use our Site without registering or submitting any Personal Information. In such cases, the only information we collect will be non-personal information collected through the use of cookies or other Internet tracking technologies such as web beacons. A. Quantimetrix Operations and Maintenance Contractors
Quantimetrix operations and maintenance contractors may sometimes have limited access to your Personal Information in the course of providing products or services to us or you. These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to the operation and maintenance of our Site. These contractors may have access to your e-mail address to send newsletters or special promotions on our behalf or to conduct market research on our behalf. We often receive testimonials and comments from customers and users of our Site. We do not publish or post such information on a public forum without the consent of the customer or user.

We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible.
Please note that that it may not be technologically possible to remove each and every record of your Personal Information from our servers. Nevertheless, upon receiving your request, we will endeavor to delete all Personal Information stored in the databases we actively use for research and daily business activities, and other readily searchable media.
D. Rights of California Residents

E. Rights of Residents of the European Union
